Do you charge for estimates?

Estimates are no charge.

Do you use factory parts?

We use factory parts whenever possible. If written for the Insurance company we go by the guidelines & if you do not feel that is acceptable you may call the insurance company to go over the situation. If written as Customer Pay it customer’s decision.

Do I need to schedule a time to come in for an estimate?

We try to schedule for appointments but walk-ins are also welcome.

How long will the estimate take?

Estimates usually take around 20 to 30 minutes depending on how much damage. All estimates are written by visual damage only.

What if there is damage that can’t be seen at the time of the original estimate?

Once vehicle is dropped off for repairs we tear disassemble the damaged areas of the vehicle to make sure there is nothing additional found. If so we take pictures & add the additional things needed & contact the Insurance Company for approval. If customer pay we contact the customer to go over the additional damage.

How soon can I get my vehicle in for repairs?

We try to schedule the repairs once the parts have arrived unless the vehicle is not safe to drive.

How long will the repairs take?

We have a full staff of experienced and highly qualified technicians to get your car back in a timely fashion. Our mission is to get you your vehicle to you repaired right and right away.

When do I pay my deductible?

When the repairs are complete.

Do you have payment plans?

No but we do take most major credit cards.

Do you have loaner vehicles?

We do not but we do work with major rental car companies that pick up in our office.

Do you guarantee the repairs to my vehicle?

We guarantee the workmanship for the lifetime of the vehicle. Parts warranty are covered by the parts suppliers and we facilitate that for you.

Will my vehicle drive & look the same once repairs are complete to my vehicle?

Our goal is give you back your vehicle like pre-accident condition.

What happens if I get the vehicle home after repairs & find something that doesn’t look right?

We take pride in our quality control in every stage of the repair and we go over the repaired areas at the time of delivery. However if you notice anything after you get home contact us we strive for complete customer satisfaction.
